Happy New Year!!!! May we be blessed this year, in our families, friends and loved ones. May we do what is right, even when no one is looking. May Holy Mother Church and His Holiness, Benedict XVI, have a glorious year.
I am not one for resolutions, as they are easily forgotten and more easily broken, but this year I resolve to love my husband even more, and to continue my spiritual development through daily Bible reading and daily sacramentals. (Please pray for me that I do not fail in this). I resolve to love and appreciate my family, friends and loved ones even more than in 2008.
We are off to the wilds of Ohio tomorrow, for the next two months!!! Ginger is ready for her next vacation, and the cats are with Geoff's Mom and Dad. This is a business trip, as Geoff will be filling in for a signals manager who will be having surgery and then recuperating from it. My bloggin may be more sporadic, for which I apologize, as computer access will be a bit limited. But, we will be in Cleveland tomorrow night, and on Saturday, en route to Toledo, we will be visiting the "Holy Grail' for Geoff- the "Christmas Story" House and museum. The house is where the movie was shot for the exteriors, and this is a must see for the Bullock family.
