The Democrats have brought this upon themselves. When Mr. Bush was in office, they insisted on 60 votes for nominees for the Supreme Court, which is found nowhere in the Constitution. They called 51 votes the nuclear option then- now it is reconciliation. Hypocrisy anyone?
